I have been teaching for three years now.
I have taught across all 3 phases at a primary school, namely: foundation phase (7-9 yrs), Intermediate phase (10-12 yrs) and senior phase (13+yrs).
Amongst other subjects I have experience in teaching: English, Mathematics, Life-orienation, Arts, Physical education, Geography and History.
I am a subject leader of life skills at my current school in South Africa. I oversee the subject and ensure that the subject complies and upholds the required standards by moderating formal assessments alongside my Head of department.
I coach and umpire netball as a co-curricular activity. I am the school counselling coordinator as well as school safety coordinator. |

I am a 26 year old female from South Africa with a very teachable and cooperative mannerisms within the working environment. I speak 9 out of the 11 official languages in my country, I love nature and exploring new possibilities, countries and cultures.
I have a small nose ring, which can be removed upon request.
The most important factors for a job would be the following:
1. type of school- I am more interested in elementary public schools or international schools over hagwons.
2. accommodation- I would like a school that provides proper accommodation that will also be in close proximity to the school itself.
3. work hours- I would like a school that would not require me to work after 6pm, unless classes start later on in the morning or afternoon.
