I graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in English. After five years of teaching in Japan, I returned to teach in the United States where I was required to undergo teaching certification in the state of New Jersey. I worked with Teach for America to obtain that certification alongside Relay Graduate School of Education through their Master's in Education program. |

I began teaching for NOVA (English conversation school) in Nagasaki. Then, I taught for five years with OWLS throughout Fukuoka prefecture in public middle schools. During that time, I was an instructor leader and had tutored several students who became regional champions for the English Speech contest. When I returned to America, I taught summer school in Camden, as well as English literature and ESL at the middle school level in Paterson, New Jersey. |

| 자기소개 |
I currently am staying with my wife in Pattaya, Thailand. I am looking for a local opportunity to teach, but I am open to teaching at private schools, or somewhere that I could earn a better salary abroad. If there are any great opportunities with Park English, I would be happy to learn more about them. |
