My name is Alyssa Welch. I am currently an English Instructor located in Seoul. I have been working in Korea for almost four years now. I have been at my current school for two years working with kindergarteners. My current position provides me with knowledge of teaching a diverse variety of subjects. My previous two years in Korea were spent teaching at public Elementary Schools as well as I do also have previous experience with early childhood to high school age children in the US.
I hold working hours and working environment of high importance. I would prefer working hours to be around 9-5, not precisely 9-5 but something similar. I value a friendly working environment with strong communication skills between all employess.
