Çз I hold a Bachelor of Arts in (English studies & Psychology), A Bachelor of Arts Honours in (English studies) and lastly a 120hours TEFL certificate.
°æ·Â I have 2 years of Tutoring/ Teaching experience.
Roles and Responsibilities as a teacher/tutor
* Teaching English and Creative Arts to students.
* Facilitating debates in the classroom.
*Handling students from various dimensions with different values and beliefs.
*Preparation of unprepared speeches for English Oral Tests.
*Organizing and marking of scripts.
*Capturing of grades.
*Invigilation of examinations.
*Supporting the skills of students through demonstrating the use of learning materials.
ÀÚ±â¼Ò°³ Although my degree is not in education, I have a strong desire to help others learn and grow. I believe that teaching English as a foreign language is a meaningful and rewarding way to do this. I have no Piercings or and body art and I am of good health. I am available between 09:30-12:30pm KST. I am passionate about language learning and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds. I am also confident in my ability to learn new skills and adapt to new situations. I believe that my motivation and dedication will make me a successful English teacher, regardless of my degree. I want to rightfully represent my country while learning a new culture. My teaching philosophy is to teach with fairness, enthusiasm, and an open mind and to remember to be friendly and approachable. I think that in the classroom the teacher needs to put themselves in the shoes of the students so that they can empathize. In this way, it will be simple for students to feel at ease asking questions and to feel comfortable in the classroom as learning a new language can be hard and daunting. Having a welcoming environment in the classroom also encourages students to ask questions without fear or feeling embarrassed as well as without them feeling like they're upsetting the teacher. This allows for me to keep track of the students¡¯ progress and guide their English learning process. Establishing a rapport with the students before the lesson starts also shows an interest in and concern for them. If I take the time to learn a few things about the students especially the younger ones like their names and interests or even what they ate before the lesson, then I am more likely to hold their attention throughout the lesson. A lesson should flow perfectly from setting up clear and straightforward rules in order to improve my ability to teach. I want to remember that every child is unique and to
always act with the utmost humanity.
