Working at Greenhill YMCA as an Outdoor Learning Instructor leading sessions including climbing, abseiling, archery, zipline and team games with school children and young people. I also took part in a Reading Buddy scheme which involved weekly paired reading with school children. |

| 자기소개 |
Working as an outdoor instructor has given me lots of experience with school children and young people as I have lead various outdoor activities to help participants learn new skills and improve their confidence. As a result, I have acquired an array of organisation, time-management and leadership skills, as well as an acute attention to detail. Moreover, my colleagues have told me that I am trustworthy, reliable, and hardworking. As well as this, I have gained additional knowledge surrounding working with children though volunteering at a children’s centre and participating in the school "Reading Buddy Scheme" which involved paired reading with younger pupils to help them improve their reading. I found this fantastic as I was able to share my passion for reading with them and help them become immersed in literature. I personally have very fond memories of my school years and I would like to generate similar positive experiences for others by contributing to the creation of a safe and fun environment for children. I have no piercings, tattoos or medical conditions. The most important factors regarding my job is location, hours and age group. The best time to reach me is evenings at 5pm. |
