My experience in education started nearly eight years ago as an ESL teacher. I have worked in primary, secondary and post-secondary educational institutions (both public and private), as well as working with young learners, teens, and adults in language learning centres.
I am dedicated to the profession of teaching and have actively pursued continuing education to enhance my professional development. In addition to my prior education and experience, I completed the University of Cambridge´s CELTA program in Mexico City and was awarded my certificate in January 2014. Moreover, in July of 2015, I received my Bachelor’s in TESOL from CENEVAL (The National Center of Evaluation for Higher Education) in Mexico and was subsequently granted my teaching licence in Mexico, and later in Hong Kong.
I have had interesting experiences teaching in schools throughout the world, and I believe that this experience has prepared me for a job in South Korea. Also, I hope to find a school that values my experience, unique skill set, and my passion for teaching. I enjoy teaching very much, and I believe that teaching is my vocation. I am looking to work for a school with a teaching environment that promotes sensitivity, tolerance, independent thinking, and other core values. |
