Experience as a Learning Support Assistant for over 8 years includes teaching elementary aged children individually and in small groups, to either accelerate subject knowledge or to address gaps in learning.
Children were supported mainly in Reading and English, where I assisted the class teacher in developing their phonics, grammar and writing skills.
Additionally, working as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school experienced was gained in teaching whole classes, whenever the teacher was absent. Even though, I was not solely responsible for lesson planning I still worked in conjunction with teachers to ensure the learning of students continued in preparation for the GCSE examinations. |

1) I have an enthusiasm for traveling, love my work educating children. Thoroughly enjoyed 2 vacations in Korea last year, now determined to teach English there.
