I'm outgoing and openminded, I love food and cooking, especially when I'm stressed out. I've recently taken to painting and found out that I am not too shabby. I love fitness training and working out in general. I love expressing myself through my clothing and hair.
I have a visible tattoo on my leg, which I cover by simply wearing pants.
The most important factors to me are- 1) Working environment: the work is the same and changes slightly according to your title or role but at the end of the day your objective is to ensure your students have acquired confidence in speaking the English language, can use and understand grammar accurately and can express themselves in simple to complex sentences. The environment makes all the difference, it influences inherent motivation, how far you're willing to go, whether management encourages creativity and respect for each other.
2) Location: Busan, it's a big city, granted but it is suitable for my personality. It's coastal, has an expat community and the climate is perfect.
3) Schedule: split shifts can be gruesome mentally and physically.
4) Age preference: as much as I prefer the babies, having watched my ones grow, I think I'd handle the challenge for middle school. |
